Secure your starter bars to stabilize the system. Tie the bracket to the rebar with 3 strong ties at your required slab height. 1m centre spacing per bracket
2 - loosen thumb screws
Loosen the thumb screws & slide the wire chair to align bracket to correct width of concrete upstand. Lock wire chair alignment by hand tightening the thumb screws then finish with a half turn on your nips
3 - set timbers onto the wire chair
4 - tie a 'loop tie'
Tie a ‘loop tie’ with the tying wire to pressurise the timber into the bracket
5 - pour & poker concrete
You have clear access to pour & poker concrete in preparation for waterproofing systems
6 - tea break
7 - release timbers
Cut the tying wires to release timbers. Clean & stack timbers for re-use
